Orders & payment
The collection is sold through this site. Cart and checkout are fulfilled by Shopify: inventory, payment, tax, and shipping are calculated there. You will receive Shopify’s order confirmation after a successful payment.
Shipping
Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Dispatch times depend on the house and the piece. If a made-to-order or limited piece needs a longer lead time, it will be stated on the product page.
Returns
Returns are arranged with the house after delivery. Write to us with your order number and we will advise. Unworn pieces in original condition are the baseline; final-sale or made-to-order items will be marked as such.
Privacy
Checkout and payment data are processed by Shopify. This site uses only what is needed to show the collection, keep a cart, and complete an order. We do not sell personal information.
